In the following Terms and Conditions, "you" and "your" refer to all persons who booked and are part of the trip (including those who joined after alteration). We, "us" and "our" refer to Mauli Cabs. You are agreeing to follow our "Terms and Conditions" together with our "Privacy Policy" on the Mauli Cabs website. Although we tried to provide all the information in a simple way, if you have any questions, you can write to us.

Alterationto User(s) Agreement

Mauli Cabs may modify, amend, or update the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. We will post the modified and reaffirmed terms and conditions on our website immediately. The use of our Services will be deemed your acceptance of the altered terms and conditions if you continue to do so.

Who are we ?

Mauli Cabs is a cab rental company located at 8, Pune - 411021 owned by Mr. Kanifnath Bhalerao . We provide taxi services in and around Pune and to all major tourist destinations in India .

Booking Criteria:

If traffic or weather conditions cause a delay in your taxi, you should allow enough time when booking. If you fail to allow enough time to reach your destination or if the guest/s are not ready for pickup, Mauli Cabs shall not be responsible. Depending on the number of guests and luggage being carried, you must order the car accordingly. Mauli Cabs cannot guarantee that luggage will be transported beyond the TRA guidelines.

Price, Booking and Payment Policy

• Taxes, Parking Charges, Toll Tax Charges, State Permit Charges, Sightseeing entrance charges, Guide Services, and Waiting Charges are not included in the tariff listed on our website.
• After receiving all the details about your booking, we will send you the final quotation on your phone once the booking is confirmed. If you find any errors in your booking confirmation, please let us know as soon as possible. In the event that you do not provide the correct information, Mauli Cabs will not be liable for any delays or costs incurred.
• Booking confirmation will be sent to the registered mobile number or e-mail address provided by the Client when registering
• During booking, the client has the option of paying by Cash, Demand Draft, Cheque or Online Transfer via Credit Card/Debit Card/Mobile Payment App/Net Banking.
• You can pay personally or via online transfer on your own behalf or as a sponsor.

  General Policy

  1. The Mauli Cabs office will be used to calculate the rental amount as follows:

  • As soon as the driver leaves to reach the customer pickup location, that will be considered the start time and location.
  • When the driver reaches Mauli Cabs' office after dropping off the client, this will be considered the ending point and time.
  • The final rate will be calculated based on the actual distance travelled.
  • Calculations for rent will be based on the start time of the trip.
  • Each additional kilometer over the permitted limit will be charged at 25% after 24 hours from the trip start time.
  • Extra day will be counted for calculation if the journey extends after midnight, regardless of the start time.
  • Vehicles are strictly subject to availability. If the chosen and booked vehicle is not available at the time of travel, an equivalent vehicle will be arranged.
  • As per government regulations, smoking, drinking alcohol, and using narcotics in vehicles is strictly prohibited.
  • During the trip, if the vehicle is damaged or dirty due to the Guest, either intentionally or unintentionally, the Guest will be responsible for the full repair / cleaning cost.

  Cancellation Policy

  • The client is entitled to a full refund if we cancel the trip.
  • The following guidelines will be followed if the clients cancel.
  • In the case of a multi-day journey:
  • If you cancel your trip before 48 hours, you will not be charged
  • If you cancel your trip before 36 hours, you will be charged 30% of the trip charges
  • If you cancel your trip before 24 hours, you will be responsible for 60% of the trip charges
  • In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of the trip, 100% of the trip charges will be charged
  • Single Day Journey will be like Airport Pickup or/and Drop : 100% charge if cancelled within 4 hours
  • Airport Pickup or Drop: 0% Charges if canceled before 4 hours
  • If you cancel your package or quick trip less than 4 hours before departure, you will be charged 100%
  • If you cancel before 4 hours, you will not be charged for packages and quick trips

  • Refund Policy

    • In case of cancellation, cancellation charges will apply according to Mauli Cabs' cancellation and refund policy.
    • The refund will be returned within 5-7 working days if you are eligible for a refund under the "Cancellation and Refund Policy" as described above.
