01. How old must you be to rent a car from Mauli Cabs?

A. You can rent a car from Mauli Cabs if you are 18 years or older

02. What is the best way to pay for my rental?

A. Credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and mobile wallets are all acceptable methods of payment for your rental.

03. Does the rental amount have any taxes?

A. Yes, of course. We will charge all applicable government taxes.

04. Tolls are paid by who?

A. Toll charges must be paid by the customer.

05. Is it possible to pay for my booking in cash?

A. Yes, of course. We accept payment via cash/ credit card/debit card/net banking/.

06. How much does the fare include?

A. Taxes, as well as Cab service for the hired period, are included in the fare. The fare does not include your stay, food, sightseeing, entrance fees, Guide Services, tolls, or state permits.

07. Does the price include the driver's boarding and lodging, as well as his availability at all times?

A. The driver's boarding and lodging are included in the price, but they usually expect a tip after providing satisfactory service. Normally, we have a driver available at any time, so you can start your trip as early as possible and use it until the end of the day. You can occasionally need him from 6 AM to 10 PM, as long as it's not every day.

08. How much is the advance payment?

A. Based on the approximate round trip distance and the duration of use, the amount is calculated using the Google API. Additional local kilometers traveled by guests are not included in this amount.

09. How soon will I receive my booking confirmation and cab details?

A. Bookings are confirmed instantly. Cab details will be sent 2 hours before travel.

10. What is the formula for calculating kilometers and days?

A. In case of longer duration, we will calculate additional fees and let you know when you make the changes, and in case of lesser duration, we will notify you of the refund amount, which will be paid to you.

14. How do you handle cancellations?

A. According to Mauli Cabs' cancellation policy, if the booking is canceled:

  • Cancellations made before 48 hours of pick-up will not be charged
  • 10% of the rental amount will be deducted within 24 to 48 hours of pick up.
  • We will deduct 25% of the rental amount within 12 to 24 hours of pick up
  • If the rental is picked up within 1 to 12 hours, 50% will be deducted from the rental amount
  • Before 1 hour of pick-up, 100% of the rental amount will be deducted
  • The amount paid by cash will be refunded by cheque, and the amount paid by card will be automatically refunded.

15. Is a rental cab safe during the Pandemic?

A. During a pandemic, renting a cab is one of the safest options because there are no other passengers to spread the virus to. Other travelers can join you in the car if you think it's safe.

16. In terms of cleaning and sanitation, what guidelines does your company follow?

A. Our cleaning process is thorough. Vacuuming, wiping, washing, and sanitizing the car with top-notch quality disinfectant are all part of the cleaning process. More attention is paid to over 20 high-touch points, including Keys, Steering Wheel / Column, Seat belts, Seat pockets, Door interiors, Door pockets, Interior door handles, Exterior door handles, Cupholders/compartments, Accessory panel/touchscreen, Rearview mirror, Instrument panel, Dashboard/vents, Gearstick/gear shift, Trunk release, among others.
